RatePoint Updates its E-Mail Marketing Services

RatePoint, a provider of customer feedback and online reputation management services, has announced significant feature enhancements to its e-mail marketing services.
 
The updated e-mail marketing services enable businesses with e-mail marketing experience and also companies new to e-mail marketing to communicate effectively with their customers, improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business, according to RatePoint officials.

 
Officials pointed out that the new features strengthen the existing platform. The e-mail marketing enhancements include the ability for businesses to edit content, images and links through a new “what you see is what you get” (WYSIWYG) editor. Officials said that businesses do not require knowledge of HTML coding to edit content, images or links. Images and text can be dragged and dropped into place.
 
Moreover, the updated services come with new e-mail templates that can be used to create more than 140 different e-mail design combinations and list management capabilities. Also, officials said that a new dashboard to track and report e-mail campaign metrics has been added.
 
“With e-mail marketing bundled into our customer feedback and online reputation platform, businesses can now interact with customers at every stage of the customer lifecycle – from getting a potential customer’s attention, turning them into a customer, and keeping them as a loyal customer whose satisfaction impresses other customers to join the cycle,” said Neal Creighton, co-founder and CEO of RatePoint.
 
“We’ve used RatePoint for over a year and have seen tremendous improvement in customer satisfaction, as well as a significant increase in the number of new customers as a result of promoting our reviews online,” said Michael Cohn, owner of 4x4 Rock Shop.
 
He also said that with RatePoint’s e-mail marketing tools it’s very easy to stay connected to customers with newsletters, special offers and promotions that help drive repeat business and maintain a loyal customer base.
 
Last month, RatePoint launched RatePoint Enterprise, a scalable solution for businesses to build and manage customer relationships online and off through a suite of new management tools.
